SHIPPING POLICY

MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order at OfficeSupplyIt.com.

SHIPPING RATES WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
At OfficeSupplyIt.com, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $55.00, that are under 40 lbs. For orders under $55.00 or that are 40 lbs. and over, the shipping is $7.95 plus $0.45 per pound. All shipping costs are clearly indicated prior to finalizing your transaction.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $55.00 that are also under 40 lbs. Orders must ship within the contiguous United States. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping. Orders over $55.00 that are also 40 lbs. or over are subject to the above standard shipping rates. All shipping costs are clearly indicated prior to finalizing your transaction.

HANDLING/PROCESSING FEE
At OfficeSupplyIt.com, we do not charge handling or processing fees.

HAZARDOUS ITEMS
UPS classifies some items as Hazardous. These items are subject to an additional handling fee. Hazardous items cannot ship via air, therefore these items can only be shipped via UPS Ground.

FREIGHT LINE SHIPPING
Orders or items that cannot ship via UPS Ground due to their weight and/or size ship via a Freight Line Service. (Examples of such items are: Arrow Sheds, Rubbermaid Sheds, and Multiple Cases of China) Such orders ship out within 7 - 10 business days from when the order was placed. Delivery then takes between 3 - 5 business days once the order or item is shipped.

Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside. The Freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery. Our fees do not include any delivery service beyond curbside - customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER
Processing your order is our #1 priority. All orders EXCEPT for Sheds and other large, bulky items, are shipped via UPS Ground 1 - 2 business days after they are placed on OfficeSupplyIt.com. Shipping then takes between 1-5 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days. The range in time is determined based on our closest warehouse to your location that has inventory of the items you ordered.

Sheds and other items or orders that do not ship via UPS generally ship via a Freight Line Service. Please see the Freight Line Shipping above for shipping and transit times.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
All orders ship from the closest of 52 nationwide warehouses. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest warehouse. This may result in you receiving your order at different times if you ordered more than 1 item.

In order to offer the most economical shipping rates and most reliable service, we proudly ship via UPS. All items are shipped via UPS Ground.

UPS Ground Service

Delivery Times	1-5 business days within 48 contiguous states 3-7 business days to/from Alaska and Hawaii
Service Days	Monday - Friday.
Delivery Area	100% of the U.S.
Exceptions	UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. No Hazardous Materials to or from Alaska and Hawaii.

We ship to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States. The following are a list of exceptions:

Private mail boxing locations
International locations
APO/FPO addresses

ORDER TRACKING

We offer two convenient ways in which to track your order:

Click on the 'My Account' tab on the home page of our website. After logging in, click on Order Status. Locate the order # that you would like a tracking number for and click that orders View button. Here you will be able to view all information, including tracking numbers on all orders.

RETURNS

Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Code and further shipping instructions. Please note that for undamaged items, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return items to our warehouse.
